Peggy and Kelly Bundy from Married With Children had memorable clothing styles. Peggy wore tight pants with heels and large belts on top of her shirts. Her hair was as big as her personality. Kelly embraced the late eighties/nineties fashion wearing shorts and cropped shirts. If it was tight and sexy, she was wearing it. For this throwback Thursday we’d like to work with their style but give them a little more class to their look.

Peggy was a loud person and we’d like her clothing to continue to reflect her personality. We chose a dress that is form fitting to show off her figure. She is not a solid colored dress type of gal, so we chose one that was visually interesting with a mix of textures. A draped high neckline top works its way into a floral lace bottom. It’s classy but still shows off personality. We paired it with a peep toe rhinestone heel for some added bling and a black rhinestone clutch.

Kelly Bundy could easily pull off this season’s trend of clothing with cutouts. We’d put her in a bold white and black bodycon dress with a low neckline with cutouts on the side. Nothing revealing, but very sexy. We’d pair the look with black thin strapped heels. We don’t want the shoes to distract from the dress. To give the outfit a pop of color, we’d add an oversized red faux leather clutch. The texture adds a tough quality to the purse and gives Kelly the edge she likes in her ensembles. For jewelry, we’d keep it simple, maybe a cuff or some stud earrings. We’d stay away from large hoops as they will detract from this outfit.
