You ever wonder what your dog would dress up for Halloween if we didn’t impose on them our idea of a cute costume? Maybe they’d dress like us! Imagine that, a dog in blue jeans and wig! Maybe even a tiny corset! Silly silly!

Of course you could dress up as your dog for Halloween! But have some fun with it, especially if you’re going to a bar or out on the town. You’ll need one of Chicastic’s satin lace up corsets in whatever color your dog is. If you have a spotted or merle dog, you can always glue felt spots or patterns or add detail to your corset with special fabric paint or pens. Next, match your shorts or skirt to your corset, and your shoes! For a poodle, we decided a pair of rhinestone crusted stiletto pumps would be appropriate. Poodles, of course, are the fashionistas of dogs! (well, along with Malteses and Yorkshire Terriers). Some fur legwarmers and gloves would be the perfect finishing touch! Don’t forget the ears, which you can find at any party supply store, or even make your own with a couple scraps of faux fur attached to a headband! Last but not least, make sure you carry everything you need for the evening in your “doggie bag” or clutch purse, to be exact!
